Despite initial worries, our two-night getaway turned memorable! We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and surprisingly helpful staff, who recommended a charming little café nearby. Pro tip, ask for room with a view—it's worth it! a delightful experience in a vibrant part of London.

Awesome place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry services. The staff even helped with a wake-up call on my first stay. I love returning for a romantic escape.

the location was ideal, super close to the tube stations and shops. i got an upgrade when i checked in, and the staff helped me with my heavy bags which was a lifesaver. the room was nice and spacious, and having a late checkout was really helpful for my early embassy visit.

the apartment was a bit cramped, and the bathroom could use more space for towels and stuff. also, no daily room service during my stay was a letdown.

i stayed at the hyde for 4 nights in a superior double studio. the room was clean, meeting continental standards. its location is fantastic, with two metro lines nearby, making it super easy to get around. a highlight was the helpful staff, though a friendlier smile would enhance the experience.

The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the tube station. I had help from the receptionist with my heavy luggage, that was really nice of them.

Had a lovely stay! The place is super close to the tube and some cool cafes. My room was spacious and really clean. The staff were friendly. I loved the local bar I found. great vibe! Just wish there wasn’t a deposit for my bag after checkout. Still, totally worth it.

The room was quite cramped, feeling more like a shoebox than an apartment. The mattress was uncomfortably firm, leading to restless nights, and the bathroom was too small for comfort, making it challenging for some to maneuver while showering. Not much in the way of cleanliness either, with visible marks on towels and sheets, and a persistent stale odor hanging in the air. The noise from other tenants was noticeable, especially with thin floors, making it hard to sleep through the night. While the location was a plus, the overall experience fell short of expectations due to these factors.

We had a great stay! The room was spacious and clean. We loved the full kitchen that let us cook. The shower was tiny, though, and not as nice as the pictures suggested. Would stay again!

Couldn't recommend more for a lightning trip

Cozy studio, friendly staff, with the location being very convenient, just a short walk to Bayswater tube station and close to the beautiful park. Having free Wi-Fi and a kettle provided in the room.

The room was pretty spacious, which was nice for a couple. It had a kitchenette, so we could whip up quick meals. the bed was super squeaky, and the layout felt cramped with it pushed against the wall. The cleanliness was satisfactory, but the noise from other guests in the morning was a bit annoying.

Having recently spent four nights, I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfortable bed. The large fridge stocked with tea and coffee was a lovely touch. Make sure to mention any issues with the toilet promptly. some smells can linger. Perfect for a budget stay while exploring London.
